**There may be added costs to these special requests which will be advised via email. You may choose not to purchase these after the costs are given. This is just an indication for us to provide you with a quote.
We take every effort to give all our exhibitors social media exposure with photos/videos for/during/after the event but please note this subject to coverage.
Please note that organizers DO NOT provide any extra/additional lights, carry bags, clothes racks or stationery to vendors.
You may mark any other special requests you may have in the remarks section eg. extra chairs, smaller table in a bigger space etc. which the organizers may try to accommodate. The organizers will contact you via email to confirm such requests. If not confirmed via email, the specials requests in the remarks section may not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions.
1. Vendors can ONLY display their products in the area rented.
2. Only products stated in application can be displayed. Any changes must be re-approved by the organizers.
3. Sharing tables with any other vendor is not allowed. If in doubt, please check with the organizers.
4. The registration is non transferable & there is no refund of payment upon cancellation. In the case of any unforeseen natural circumstances, the organizer holds the right to amend the dates/venue of the event.
5. The venue will not allow hooks, pins, thumbtacks, etc. to be used on the walls. An indemnity charge will be applied to any participant causing damage to the venue or its property.
6. The organizers & the venue shall only provide what is stated in the agreement. No extra lights, hangars, stands, racks, stationary etc. will be provided by the Organizer or the Venue.
7. No vendor is allowed to have any direct communication with the staff at the venue. Only the organizers have the right to make any special requests. Requests from the vendors to the staff at the venue MUST be channeled via the organizers.
8. No outside food and beverage can be consumed in the hotel premises. The hotel has a number of delis, restaurants and cafeterias you can dine in or take away from. You may also choose to venture out of the hotel as they are many eateries around.
9. Plus Group International Ltd takes no ownership and responsibility of any vendor who is not registered as a business in Hong Kong. The applicants take on their own liability as they join this event.
10. No food and beverage is allowed in this event at all times.
I understand that the Organizers, Plus Group International Limited and the venue are not responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged or any personal injuries. I take full responsibility for my specific display area and am responsible for any damage to such area caused by my employees or myself. I also confirm that I have read this form and its content fully.
